Britt & Stenio Stenio & Brittany Vermont Service Center 2021-11-02 2021-11-05 2023-08-07 2023-09-09 Yes No While waiting for the green card without conditions, I was eligible to apply for citizenship. I read online that because of this, although it wasn't guaranteed, I could ask the officer at my citizenship interview section to also interview me for the green card (you can't officially get citizenship without having the final green card approved). The officer checked in the back at our I-751 application and after looking it over, requested for it to be approved. I then went to the back for my citizenship interview in which I passed but I wasn't able to be given my official 'pass' until I received the approval for the green card. I received the approval and was then sent information concerning the official citizenship ceremony. 2024-01-27
