Completed packet with all our marriage Proof and gave to attorney on 11/6/2020, didn't hear anything for almost 2 months until we receive NOA in mid-January, Letter states that the NOA can be used as proof of extension for expired Green Card and Can travel/work with that notice.

USCIS Notice Date: 01/04/2021
Attorney got letter of approval for I-751 on 03/26/2021 with notice date of 03/22/2022. No second interview/biometric was needed. |
