Applied for I-751 removal of conditions in November - exactly 90 days before green card 2 year expiration date - never got the receipt but got the biometrics appointment notice - Went to appointment took like 15 minutes - called USCIS and requested receipt resent - today received it as well as my lawyer - Receipt extends green card validity to another 18 months - |

I never received an approval on the I-751. I did however receive a letter extending the green card for 48 months. I also received a biometrics letter saying they will use same biometrics on file. More than likely out N-400 and I-751 interviews will be conjoined. |
