Due to covid , no interpreters we're allowed. We had one to call in but totally forgot about it since once you got sworn in the CO starts the questioning.
The CO mainly asked the US citizen spouse all the questions. Questions about the relationship, job, naturalization of spouse, etc. CO didn't look or accept our updated documents since we passed. It took about 45 minutes start to finish including waiting about 20 minutes. It was fast but the US spouses is in the hot seat . This threw me off since I thought the LPR was to be asked the main questions. |

Case was transferred to NBC on 09/02/2020.
Got notification on 06/02/2021 that an RFE was issued. Received the letter in the mail on 06/15/21 and was told they needed most of the documents we already submitted when we filed initially. Most likely they misplaced them when they were transferring our case to NBC.
USCIS received the packet for the RFE on 07/07/21 and was updated on the app next day.
On 07/21/21, Case changed to “Ready to be scheduled for an interview.†|
