Green card provisionally extended for 18 months until case is processed. Huge backlog!
On June 23, 2021, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence was transferred to my local USCIS office to have an interview scheduled (fingers crossed! :)
Also, on June 23, 2021, Case Was transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction.
I 551 Stamp in passport on 8/16/21. Valid for one year.
Combo interview with the N-400 Naturalization request. Approved! |

Have not heard anything else since Biometric. Had combo Interview when I was there for N-400 interview even if i-751 interview was not scheduled. Good thing my spouse was there with me too. They did his interview seperately. Still pending i-751. Got I-551 stamp in the passport on 03/29/21.
Update (8/17/21): Got the letter today saying that they transfered my case to National Benefits Center to speed up processing.🤞
Update (01/03/22): I received I-797, Notice of Action in the mail today about my I-751 approval which was approved on 12/27/21. It is written "Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new Permanent Resident Card. Instead, once you have taken the Oath of Allegiance, you will receive a Certificate of Naturalization." |
