We received a second NOA dated 12/13/21 that extended the permanent resident status for 24 months from the expiration of the green card. The prior NOA issued 5/19/21 had extended the permanent resident status for 18 months.
We received notice in February 2022 that said we would be scheduled for an interview. Months passed, no interview, and then we got the approval letter and soon after the green card. So, no interview for us, even though they said we would have one. |
