K1 visa is only valid one time entry and only for 90 days. And she needs you to file for AOS after getting married to K1 visa petitioner. At this point, you don't really have to do anything since she's already out of status and if she files for anything, then, she has to spend $$$$$ for legal fees, or just cross the border and back. Anyway, for spite, you can file a report to USCIS about your case. Regardless of it's priority of not, as long as you have paper trail, can save you from headaches in the future.
