The reason of ineligibility of spouse visa is marriage was invalid from the time they got married for husband is not yet free to marry .. no proof of divorce records from the first wife from the said county. So i told him I have my CEMAR.i then presented it to him. he looked at it and started typing again then finally said,okay APPROVED NA VISA NYO! and i said thank you po. 2014-07-05
