Patrick & Monica | Ghana | Nebraska | No | Ghana | 2017-05-31 | 2017-06-05 | 2018-01-22 | 2018-27-11 | 2016-11-08 | N/A | Husband was denied under section 212a as being deemed a public charge His appointment was at 8:30. The lady called him to the desk and ask for his papers She also asked him if we had a joint bank account. When he was called for the interview the interviewing officer looked at his paperwork and told him that he was going to refuse his Visa because he is considered a public charge because my bank statement that I sent to the NVC shows that I did not make enough money to sponsor him. But in fact we had a joint sponsor so it wasn't based on just my income alone. We also had my update bank statements showing that I make five to six thousand a month now starting in February which is why we had a joint sponsor in the beginning because my daycare didn't fill up until then. He says the officer didn't want to look at my new bank statements or consider my cosponsor. I'm not accepting this. The man was very unfair. How can you deny when the evidence is there. | 2018-12-01 | ||||||||
