My husband was allowed to enter at 8:45 AM. I was not allowed to accompany him at his interview. He said the interview itself took around 5-10 minutes, but the waiting was VERY long. He was finished at about 1PM. His questions from what he remembered in random order as follows: 1. What is your wife's full name? 2. When did you get married? 3. What does your wife do for a living? 4. What is your wife's address in the us? 5. How did you meet? 6. Explain about the times you have been in the us previously 7. The CO asked to see our wedding photos and asked to also see (1) photo that was unrelated to the wedding. The CO commented on the photos and then asked the final question. 7. How many times has your wife traveled to see you after the wedding? My husband replied and said "5 times, for a matter of fact, she's outside right now". The CO said to him "She's outside?. My husband said "yes". The CO then says "Wow, well Sir congratulations, you are APPROVED. He gave him the form 221(g) with instructions on how to return his passport and medical. (Medical was not ready at the time of interview, therefore we were put on ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING). We sent in the medical a week after the interview and we received a status of ISSUED on 12-29-2017. Processing took a little over a week due to embassy's closing for the Christmas holidays. My husband said, everyone was pleasant and the process did not rack his nerves. But it racked mine. LOL. | 2018-01-03 | |||||||
