Interview on September 7th Status changed to Administrative Progressing same day The status changed to issued the next day. My passport was received today ( 12th September) Note: UPS doesn’t do deliveries on Saturdays. So I received it in 3 working days. I hope this information helps you guys. All the best everyone! SSN UPDATE: I didn’t receive SSN in mail after entry for 2 weeks. I went to the nearest SSA office and found my name was not there and they couldn’t verify me in SAVE. They sent my data to USCIS to verify ( SAVE 3rd stage verification). The verification usually takes 40 business days ( for 3rd stage and 20 days for 2nd stage). The verification was completed on November 16th. I went to the SSA office again yesterday and the agent was kind enough to share the number with me. Expecting the card to be delivered next week. Still waiting for physical green card. The status is still ‘Received the fee’ Received the physical green card on December 22nd 2022 | 2022-12-23 | |||

At counter No.1 they asked the language preference and issued the token. Indian officer asked for original documents 1. Passport 2. DS260 Confirmation page(one with the stamp of vac) 3. Interview letter 4. Marriage certificate 5. Birth certificate 6. PCC 7: 2022 Tax transcripts Questions by IO: Who is calling you ? What’s your husband’s name? What is your marriage date? How long you guys been married? (We been married for over 2 years so they changed the category to IR1) Have you applied for US visa earlier? (In my case it was a yes) Have you stayed in any country for more than a year? Waited for around 45min to be called by CO. Consular officer asked: Who is sponsoring you? Where does he work? When and how your spouse went to US? Where does he live ? In which city? Love marriage or arranged? What’s your marriage date? How many people attended the wedding? They asked why so less people? Where did you go honeymoon? How many times after marriage you both have seen each other? How many times in India you met after marriage? Show me his tax papers? Show me the album? She saw few of the pics and asked the questions? Like what type of marriage it was? Did you walk around the fire? Where is he right now? Did you travel outside india more than 6 months ? Have you applied for US visa before? ( as it was a yes for me, she asked me a few questions regarding my previous application like what was visa type, when do you applied and what was the result) After few min she said your VISA IS APPROVED?? . | 2023-12-20 | ||||

PD : 21st Oct 2021 I-130 approved 24th Dec 2021 (2 months) DQ date 6th April 2022 (3 months) IL received : 30th Sep 2022 (6 months) Interview : 1st Nov 2022 (1 month) First officer called and Collected below original documents : PCC Birth certificate marriage certificate Divorce certificate Passport 2nd officer asked below questions. 1. When married ? 2. When did you meet him last ? 3. Asked album 4. Any kid? 5. Which company he is working 6. How did he go to US 7. How many days you lived together 8. Did you ever apply visa earlier and status? 9. Any of your relative living in US ? 10.Show tax returns 11.which city you will be going? 12.How often he has been sending money to you. She was given below 3 documents after officer said her visa is approved. 1. The USCIS immigration Fee details. 2. Notice of conditional status details. 3. Your visa is approved with details for the next steps. Immediately after the interview, status in the below site showed "Administrative Processing". but next day it showed "Issued"..
