Received denial on I129f and case status on I130 went to actively reviewing for the second time on 3/30 (first moved to that status on 1/27). Found approval notice when I checked in documents tab.

How long did it take to receive a notice from Uscis after Fedex or UPs delivered your k3

Dropped off I-129F package at USPS (overnight): February 11 (with expected Feb 12 delivery)
Delivered by USPS to PO Box: February 14
Text message confirming receipt: February 16 (NOA1 Date was February 15 which came in the mail on February 22 or 23)

Thanks very much ðŸ™ðŸ¾

Did you got interview yet? I saw someone from.june 10th 2022 DQ got interview letter for November date. And you are June 17th

Did u got interview date??

Not yet... I saw interview dates till June 13 so hoping for the next batch!

Did you receive IL on Jan 23rd or earlier? And what time of the day did you got the letter?

On January 23rd... Around 1:40 AM EST (shortly after noon in India)

Hey another question. Are you getting new PCC OR previous PCC is still valid? Is it valid for 6 month or 1 year?

Previous PCC is still valid so no... I believe it was issued for 6 months but the embassy has always accepted them for up to 1 year. After COVID their policy changed validity to 2 years so we should be well within validity until mid April (regardless of whether they follow 1 year or 2 years).

Hello. Your visa interview was on 3/9/2023. Please write a review on the consulate experience. Please ask Mr. T what questions the officer asked them. Congrats on your approval!!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
