My EAD arrived 4 months earlier than the processing times listed, and came in after the move. I believe the green card that was approved is a 10-year one. It's been 2 years since we married. If you have the option to move from an impacted CIS area to one that's less impacted, I strongly suggest you consider it in your AOS through marriage.
