Changed address with USCIS and was assured the case would get moved too. Recieved notice to confirm interview date in December 2018, the interview was scheduled in Wichita despite change of address. Called USCIS who confirmed my current address was correct in their system. Unsure why my interview was scheduled in the wrong place. Interview rescheduled - files sent to SF in Feb 2019. | 2022-03-26

We went through security and ended up in a long waiting room. We waited there for approximately 2 hours before our name was called for our interview. We were asked to sit together, both of us in the same room, with one USCIS employee at the desk. We gave her our tax records and joint lease agreement (for our apartment). She asked if we had any photos to give her, but unfortunately, ours were all saved on our phones. She asked us questions about our relationship (such as when or how we met). She asked my wife more detailed questions, such as when my birthday was. Overall, it was not difficult. The questions she asked had answers on the forms we submitted. As long as you didn't falsify your information, this part should be relatively easy for you! When we were finished, my wife was sworn in and asked questions related to the checkboxes on the form (are you with a terrorist organization?). Once these were over, she informed us that my wife was a legal resident and that we'd receive her green card within 2-4 weeks! | 2019-09-14
