The appointment went much quicker and easier than expected. I was asked to confirm all the information on my application form and answer the yes or no questions as per my application form, then we were asked how we met and when we met. The IO then asked for my original birth certificate and marriage certificate and whether there was any further proof we wanted to submit. We gave her photos, joint bank statements and insurance confirmations as well as a joint lease agreement. She didn’t look at anything. Just said we should hear something within 30 days, they have to do the final checks. But then also said that if she had time, she would do it that same day. After a week of reading how everyone else received their approvals the same day of their interviews, I panicked. But a week later my status finally changed to card being produced. | 2020-08-05 | ||
