Dr. in Sweden indicated that immunizations were refused, even though the shots were received and we had documentation to support it, not only then, but also since that time when the kids enrolled in U.S. public school. Needed to make as appointment (the second) with a civil surgeon here in U.S., then respond to RFE with new/updated i-693. RFE ended in denial of AOS and all previously granted immigrant benefits being revoked. This because USCIS authorized civil surgeon neglected to put immunization papers in a sealed envelope when submitting RFE. And, USCIS didn't give us a chance to fix it. They just denied and revoked everything - immediately. Ridiculous! Had to file request to reopen and reconsider and spend multiple thousands on an attorney.
