On the 16th of December 2022 an agent told me that my interview was waived and my case was sent to my local field office on the 22nd of November 2022. Felt dubious about this, but hopeful. So on the 19th of December 2022 I decided to "Ask Emma" again and see if a different agent tells me the same thing (without me telling them what the other agent said). This agent confirmed that it was with my local field office, however didn't mention that the interview was waived. I honestly don't mind about things not expediting, being waived, or whatever (although work permit would be nice), I just want to know that things are moving along. My local field office has a 17.5 month processing time right now, but hoping for a miracle! December 21st 2022 I found out I had an Intent to Deny. Sent off response January 4th 2023, approved January 12th, card in hand January 25th!! 2025-01-31
