Yup, awesome. Stayed in the travellodge vauxhall the night before for £31 good buy and close to the embassy/station.
Got there a little late, interview at 9.30, was there about 9.20. Skipped the line and went right to the front.
Upstairs, checked all the documents in.
Questions:
Where did you meet?
When do you plan to move?
When was your last entry into the US?
Think that was it. We talked about current years income and that was that.
Bloody freezing in London though, thankfully it was not raining.

Great experience! Everyone is so friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes, the majority of the time was waiting in line after security because people didn't have their DS-160's out and ready so ensure you have that and your passport out ready to show. The interview itself was very starlight forward, how did we meet, when did we meet and how often do we get to see each other.
I was so so nervous in the run up to it but honestly it was the easiest part as long as you have all the paperwork they ask for and you have nothing to hide. Interview was 21/11 and picked up my visa today 10/12.

Much easier than I expected. Lots of waiting. I had prepared copies of everything and had not been able to obtain a police certificate for a year I lived in rural China so was worried that would be an issue. However they did not study the documents in much detail and it was very smooth.
