I would like to share my interview that occured on Feb 13th at Manila US Embassy.
I came there around 6am. I came straight from my 8HR nightshift as IT. There are already number of people who are lined up according to the their scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes or so, they had let us in.
They would give out a plastic folder where you should put your passport showing its biopage. They'll check your DS160 on their file then give you bar codes. But guess what? The process was pretty straightforward and there were staff to guide the applicants where they need to go, which document to present, etc. I finished in less than 3 hours. Not bad considering the number of applicants present.

Was 3rd to enter - was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman that did my interview asked a few very basic questions like when my finace came to visit, where we were going to live in us and why my daughter did not want to go at this time since she is going to come after school year is finished. He did not ask for any of the many papers I had taken with me but was prepared for anything. The consul that did my interview was very nice and more like a casual conversation than an interview. After maybe 5 minute talk he gave me a paper, verified my mailing address and said I should receive my visa in about a week and that was it.
