Such a fallacy. Using this logic, unless the final result is determined by a single vote in the state in which you live, then you have wasted your vote - no matter who you vote for.

But even if it is revealed after the fact, he is instantly null and void as the president. Actually - I wonder how that would work. Since a Martian could never legally become president in the first place, once sworn in and found out later, if he (assuming Martians can be divided into he and she) would automatically no longer be president (since, constitutionally, he was never eligible), or would there be a requirement for "due process".

Actually, I think what would happen is the VP would invoke the 25th amendment (section 4). That would certainly be the fast track way to do things. Yeah - thinking about it - I think that's how it would go.

Well, it's been a struggle - but I have finally decided.
