    Yup for the SSN bring your passport, I-94, birth certificate and the fill up the application form. this is if you get it before marriage, if after, include the marriage cert

      Why? Read my status below. It's frustrating to be punished for something that is not my fault. I am happy to be with my hubby, but not happy that they lost my medical.

    I don't think you'll have a problem. Im assuming they either lost my.medical or its something to do with the I864 because 2010 was his first year to file taxes. Ill let you know when it comes. Hopefully tomorrow!

    Any day now? Officially 50 days since I've sent in my AOS application. VJ timeline estimates that I will get my EAD approved next week.. *fingers crossed*

    Hi! We did not expedite, just got really lucky! During that time, alot of June filers were approved right away..But if your hubby is military just call the military hotline and try!

    You will definitely have it by November! Don't worry once they open your packet it will also move very fast.. If you look at the April forum, its really a chance thing, some got it fast, some didn't.
