      congrats ... been busy ... finally arrived here!:) was reading through the adj of status required docs ... one of which is birth cert copy ... do i have to submit an NSO copy or a zeroxed copy will do? i only have the latter though ... thanks in advance :)

    Thank you, God! On June 29th, Card production was ordered! My AOS is approved, GC is on the way! I can finally relax now :)

    Starting to get frustrated.. how long does it take to review an RFE for a mistake I did not even make? :( Today marks my 3rd week in RFE review.. Please let it be soon!

      Interesting that your EAD card was approved even before you sent your RFE response. On my RFE they said that EAD/AP would be on hold until they received documents asked for on RFE...Oh well...lucky you! You should be getting your GC pretty soon!!! I want my EAD so bad...

    Just got my basic life support certificate! Now working on FBI and other clearances.. I have to be productive, can't spend every waking moment worrying about when my GC will come :)

      Hello! It looks like your ahead of us. My fiancée and I got married 3 weeks ago and now we are getting ready to work on her AOS. First I just want to ask if you ever call the US Embassy in Manila to report your marriage? If you did could you please give us the phone number? Do you have any advice for us on how to file the AOS. Any info will be appreciated. Thank you!

    Yes don't worry about it. My passport is still in my maiden name too.. Biometrics is painless :)

    Hey, for the I-134 Tim presented his army pay stubs, a letter from his CO stating his rank and pay and if you have w2s/tax returns then show that too.. not sure about the transfer thing but all i know is that he should be currently employed at the time of the interview and when you show the I-134 to the consulate..

      hi. I really need help. Can I ask something? During biometrics, ok lng bah if sa passport ko nakalagay yung not yet married name ko? then dun sa application kasi married name nakalagay.. Accepted ba yun? or they need an ID na same sa married name ko? Thanks a lot for the reply. God bless.

    There are alot of online courses to choose from and most of them offer help with employment afterwards.. :) Or you can just self-advertise in the web.. I charge very little for a session and this works well for me because students can afford it :)

    Hey! In my case, I took an online TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and together with my TESOL certificate and TOEFL scores, I started teaching English while I was working in China, and some have stayed on as my clients and we work through Skype. Since you come from Aus, you will not need the TOEFL but I am not sure if you need a TESOL certificate.

I would like to find something to do at home and this sounds like a good idea and something I would be good at as I am from Australia and English is my only language.
