    I cannot beleive how antiquated this country is. OMG just been to DDS 3 hours later and just a friggin permit. DId not have the insurance papers on me so would not let me do raod test and I said why do I have to I have been driving 36 years and just on 12 months here since I first arrived OMG they are so slow

      Ahh yes the DMV .. what a fabulous place. I didn't know about the insurance thing so thanks for telling me :P I still haven't done my drivers portion. I still just have my oh so sexy permit... the colours are weird. Good luck on the driving part!

      Oh I have to go through this soon too. We are trying to register my car in Florida after our move and the dramas!!! Today I will try again.. How was the Learner test? Do I have to worry, its been 10 years since I had to do this..

      Hey it has been 36 years I added up since my test lol but I only read the book a few times as it is all just common sense really and very similar to home.
