I hope that you have back-up plan because I see in your signature that you are planning to marry in 3,5 months, maybe I might be incorrect but your vsia is not going to be approved in 3,5 months!!!
If you do marry when your visa is not approved yet then you have to start over again with a CR-1/IR-1 visa.
    Good Luck with your journey.

This is the most hateful thing I have ever read on VJ. There are so many things wrong with this post. First of all, especially here, we should at least know enough to know that there are a lot of different cultures and beliefs in the world that we do not understand and should respect. Secondly, between any two people, sex should ALWAYS be consensual, no matter what either of them EXPECTS based on time and money invested or anything else. And lastly, Anyone posting here should expect at best to be taken at their word and given helpful advice. There is no point to this forum if we can only expect at best to be treated suspiciously and with criticism. Of course we can and should be compassionate and supportive. Didn't you ever face suspicion and need a place where you could find support? Shame on you Isamu.
OP, I am so sorry that your thread has gone this way. I do agree with other posters here that the best thing to do is get a good immigration lawyer, and while I can't suggest one, I know others have. Try searching old threads and I think you can find some good referrals. I think too many people have not read this thread very thoroughly, which can be annoying, and way too many people got up on the wrong side of the bed and just have a bad attitude today. Most of the time, people on VJ ARE compassionate and supportive, even in unique cases. I wish I could offer better advice. Please know that I wish you the best.

I had both sizes in my I-129F and they did not care, when we had our AOS interview a few weeks ago our file was about 4 inches thick and 3 times the amount off paper we send in but also many different formats.

    Sirdaniel42 got a reaction from cmoore25 in Interview and........Approved
On July21st I had my Medical (€ 145,-), the appointed Doctor did a quick check, gave me one vaccination (DTKP € 35,-) and took some blood. Next stop that day was the X-ray (€ 50,-) and that only took 10 minutes.

On July28th I had my Interview on the American Consulate in Amsterdam, got to the Consulate at 13:15 pm and there was already a line. At exactly 13:30 pm security opened the gate and asked the people with an appointment to step forward and come in, and then he asked who did not have electronic equipment with them and because I left my cell phone home I could immediately step to the front of the line and was directed to window 5. The very nice young lady asked for all the forms, their copies and proof of payment (€ 263,-) took my finger prints and signed of the documents, it took no longer than 10 minutes.

After about a 20 minute wait I was called to window 6 where the CO took my oath and asked where I and my fiance met, I answered that we met in Australia on a holiday. He let me sign the form and then told me that we were approved and that my passport and papers would be send to my home adress next week, after no more than 40 minutes I left the Consulate.
