    Ok case complete 3-13-13 and guess what got interview notice today!!! April 30th!!! Took 2 days to schedule!! God is good!!

      can I ask how long did u got you Noa 2 hard copy do I need to wait that to start my filings. and did your husband paid first for the Affidavit of Support. I just got approved on my I130 and in scratch doing my filings I hope you can some tips. Thank you

    I called the NVC to check case status and the lady told me to try back in 1 month because they are very backed up due to weather issues and holidays....sighhhhh

      Do you know why they would ask for the BC when it was NOT one of the items to be included in the I-130 application? Now I know why Hana&Reda posted her concern about this. I think it would be unfair to not have it posted as one of the items and then request it just to delay the process. Sorry to vent about this, it seems like this is outright not fair. Anyways, I will ask hubby to make sure it's translated and emailed to me.

      Can I ask if they asked for an original one to be sent or just a copy for now. I know when it's the next stage at NVC, they will need an original BC. Thanks so much for your help. And best wishes for a speedy approval. :)

    Ok this has to be my week!!! After all my hard work I am GRADUATING with my BA on Friday :D The NOA2 approval notice would be a great gift!!!! :D
