That wasn't me, alas. I said other stuff, trying to dissect WHAT he wrote and sniff out any possible fraud condition.
I've not found any, so far.
But it's early, the night is young - perhaps madashell will post back other things, other stuff that might dip into the fraud designation.
Or he's confused?
Let's see what happens, aye?
Sorry for mis-referring. I meant "YuAndDan"

my motive for wanting to report a crime is irrelevant!!! lets stick to what's really relevant here
fraud!!!! any how, i think you all made my decision easier for me, i was a bit iffy before but now i am
certain it's the right thing to do, since no one seems to stand up for justice any more. i need to break
that mold in the immigration world!! thanks
Make no mistake, none of us here is happy with those that fraudulently get their visas. We would like for them to be caught. We are only trying to let you know you have no evidence to make the case, and trying to set up one is going too far. Like Darnell already said, some states have laws against recording voice, video, or other electronics stuff without the consent of the party involved. Good luck.

where are the good morally standing people of society???? who refuse to let
criminal elements and illegal activities continue to drag us down????? is anyone
of them left in this corrupt world??? or is corruption just rampant and has dominated us all!!!
Morality would be you stumbling upon an evidence and then turn the evidence in. This case is you taking the law into your own hands trying to set up someone you call a friend. You should let this one go as you know you have no evidence to prove anything. Trying to set up an evidence might get even you in trouble.

Why not just let sleeping dogs lie, and go about your own business. You are neither a detective nor an immigration officer of any sort yet you are putting so much time and effort to burn someone you call a friend. My advice, do not tape anyone without their consent and you know if they consent, they'll not say what you want to hear. Fix your own house before worrying about others'.

My candid advise would be to go to a registry in Nigeria and remarry. You never know what evil CO is going to interview them and then open up old wounds to deny them. As long as the previous issue has been resolved, there should not be an issue with filing a K-1. The CO may make a big deal out of first declaring marriage and then later filing as fiance(e). Even though they declared it void. Though, the K-1 might be possible, but Lagos is crazy enough to give them a twist, especially if a traditional engagement was done. Better safe than sorry! I wish them luck.

Good taking the initiative!

I am not sure if your consulate requires that, but the form does not need to be notarized. We did not notarize on our first attempt and that was not an issue.

Quite funny, but I think the choice of "smiley" still does not adequately express the frustrations from Lagos. They have not come up with anything that can express "Lagos"
