    One reason could be that people who filed AFTER you are getting approvals and updated their timeline. Thus bumping you down the list. As much as immigration says they do the paper work in order, that's not true. I've seen people get approvals in less than 1 month while people who filed for over 5 months are still waiting.

    Since you filed after the June wedding, and your certificate shows June, then June it is. You do not have to answer any question you are not asked. You cannot use the later wedding since you had already filed your I-130 before then. Just explain that you did a little wedding with the little money you had then, and when you had more, you did a big wedding and show them all pix

    No. You and your baby are already USC and are already here. You filed for him as your spouse not as a father, so there's nothing regarding the child he'll need to prove to get a visa. He'll be treated as if you were not pregnant. The embassy does not need to know when you give birth. If you were the beneficiary, then it would matter.

    you can do it youself, follow the guides and post your questions vj members will help you,the lawyer will charge you hundreds of dollars just to type the information that you give him, not needed,down load the 1-129f read the intsructions then fill in the spaces ,any questions ask one of us.good luck

    To be frank with you, I did not offend her in anyway. she said she does not want any man in her life again. I happened to be the second man in her life. Her first husband abandoned her for another woman. She is very nice and good woman to be with but I do not know what came over her recently.

    Do you know about any medical condition of her's. There could be a chance she is Bipolar...This knowledge might further help to show you did not use her for a visa.

    Hello everyone and thanks for having such a great site! I live in Maryland and I am getting ready to start my journey. I have met a wonderful women a few months ago and we are meeting in the Dominican Republic in 2 weeks. I am going to propose to her there.I have most of the documents together but I can not find where to send them...or how much to make the check out for??? or too???

    So, you have not proposed yet. I think you need to proposed first before you start your paperwork.
