Okay, I only asked because they may look at how you could afford to do that and continue to finance all those things you listed while away for 6 months.

I'm sorry, but yes. I really am not trying to be mean and am only saying this so that from here on out you take this very seriously. This process is a maze that we are all trying find our way through. It's hard, and unfortunately the USCIS cannot go based on your honesty and they have to go on tangible evidence. It seems to me that you have not gathered together enough over the past few years to prove a "real" marriage on paper. You have to think like the officer would think. The times of taking someone's word for it are long gone. The first thing I did when we got married was to research online about what was expected of us and over and over again I found websites that said we needed evidence of financial co-mingling. On the AOS application the instructions state that one of the ways to prove your marriage is a joint account.
Anyways, what's done is done. You can't go back in time and all you can do is try your best to find some evidence now. Maybe you could make an infopass appointment to get some information about what would be best to send as evidence. I think the bills she has paid for you etc, along with affidavits and maybe a letter from the person at the bank that convinced you not to be on the account would be good. I'm sure they would be able to give you some good ideas of what to do once you tell them what you can provide at this point. Also, if they give you good advice on what to send it may alleviate the stress a bit.
    Good Luck.

I don't mean to be rude, but it seems to me that if you had done even the smallest amount of research when you were filling out the initial paperwork you would have read somewhere that you need to show joint account information at some point. It does not matter how silly you think having two names on the bill is or not, it's what the USCIS requires for proof of a REAL marriage. This process is no joke and most of us have gone through the paperwork tirelessly to make sure that we did not make a mistake and waist time, loose money or god forbid get denied and have to live apart from our loved ones. Please, from here on out pay attention to all the requirements. I really am sorry you got a denial and I hope you do find some documentation to verify your marriage, like medical records etc. The records thing actually seems like a good way to go. I just had to give you some tough love here. Hope it all works out in the end. Let us know.

I am very happy that you have read the Quran and that your husband is Muslim....now ask him if his sister that has never been married would be allowed to travel alone to a different country with out one of his family......
maybe Egyptians are not as strict about their unmarried daughters i don't know as im not Egyptian
but the process is hard enough as it is the only thing i think should be changed is the length of time to marry after the fiance comes to the USA

Co-mingling of assets is a pretty important thing to many IO's. I agree, don't try to fabricate something now at the 11th hour. It may cause suspicion. Just take anything you can think of to show co-mingling of assets that you DO have. For example, if you payed a bill of his from your account or visa versa. Same with bill payments, phone payments, insurance payments. If you guys have paid each other's bills that would show you have a shared life. Also, if you made any major purchases together, see if you have any evidence of that. Also, make sure you have overwhelming evidence on the other fronts in case the co-mingling comes into question like pictures, letters when courting, e-mails, phone calls, letters addressed to both of you at your home and maybe some affidavits from friends and family. Good Luck.
