Is it safe for me and my son to travel to US this January 2011 or the earlier the better as not to have "LACK OF TIME" for all the processes we need to undergo once we arrived there? Got our VISA approved this September 2010. Need advice.=)
Maybe don't get the question...why the wait until January? Honestly, I want my fiance here as soon as he has his visa in hand...explain...God Bless you both and congratulations!!
I would suggest that you leave the soonest you can. It would be best to get done with the papers when everything is "valid" or "up to date" but I don't think it affect the process even if u K1 is expired, as long as you got in the USA before the visa expiration. Juz an opinion.
