    Hello to all. Am in the process of filing for my AOS, am a K1/K2 visa holder. My son is with me now here in US. Would like to ask what forms I need to use for my son for the AOS. Please hep! And should I start using my husband's surname in all forms I will fill up? We just got married last week. Thanks in advance...

      hi sis..yes u have to use ur married name..but there were some portion in the forms that u have to write ur single family name. goodluck !
