hello thank you for your answer but im not getting the answer im looking for. I have read what was on that link and we filled out the DS-160 and she sent it in, when I read that info it says you must pay for this and that before you get your interview and when after we filled out the DS-160 do we pay?? What is next after the DS-160 form we sent in> Im not getting clear answers to all this?.

I need help please. My fiance is in the Philippines and the Visa center in Manila has received our paper work and the next step is to get the interview and medical. My fiance filled out and sent the DS-160 in. What do we do next? when do we pay for the DS-160 and pay for the interview? we are so confused on what to do. we read the info and directions for the DS-160 but it does not say anything about when to pay this or that.

Do we fill out the DS-160 first and it will give up a bar code then we use that same bar code to get the interview time etc? Do we have to pay for the DS-160 first before we get the barcode???????? More questions than answers. Please someone help. My fiance is confused and so am i.

Please help we are running out of time. My fiance is in the Philippines and Im here in USA. We got the approval for the I-129f and the approval expires Sept 7th in 4 days, I just got the info from NVC in Manila, Philippines for us to file for interview etc etc, Do we file for immigrant or nonimmigrant for her. Please help, I have been stressing out the whole time about this.

Our paperwork has made it to the Visa Center in Manila Thank God. We still need the interview and Medical. do we schedule the Medical our selfs and where do we schedule it at? Cebu or Manila and how.

I just got email from NVC telling me my Fiances approved I-129F was received in Manila. But what I dont understand is on all the paper work I filled out I put her name as (Name A) J. (Name B), on the email and on the I-797 it says (Name A) O (Name C) not (Name B). But where did the O come from?? Will this cause any problems when she goes to Manila for her interview. Im not rich and can not pay for her to fly back and forth to correct these issues.

when I try to look it up on the web site it says from USCIS it has been forwarded to NVC and I have to wait for this and that. When I get on the NVC web site it says they have no info on that case to get in contact with USCIS. By a miracle I just got in contact with a lady who said our case was forward to NVC July 29th 2025. Our approval I-797 NOA expires Sept. 7th 2025. thats next month. I dont have the money to keep going thru this again if it does expire and they say sorry charley your out of luck. my nerves are frazzled now for the wait knowing we are running out of time.

No I have not. I did not know I had to fill out the I-134 yet? I dont know if I should.

Please some one help me. I am pulling out my hair what I have left. I can not get answers from the national Visa Center at all and my time is ticking away. I got the I-797 approval for my fiance in the Philippines and it told me to wait for a interview date and medical date. I got the I-797 back in May 2025 and it expires in Sept 2025, my time is ticking and I can not get any answers from any one about what am I suppose to do next. I got on the web site and it said it can not proceed on till all fees have been paid, I go to see if I have to pay any thing and it gives me the run around and takes me back to the beginning, then I try to see if there is some thing I am not seeing and it goes all over again to the same thing. HELP HELP.

Can any one explain to me if I an American can move to Canada and work there. What is the process for me to do that.

Because she wants to be married here in the USA. She does not want to marry in the Philippines at all. Her heart is set on being married under the Las Vegas sign so that is what will happen.
