It's already counting my spouse. So I shouldn't enter 1 as my spouse count. 'Cuz then my household size would be 3. It really should be 2. Moi and my wife whom I'm sponsoring. But if I enter a 0 here, does that mean I don't have a spouse. mind = blown

"0" U already included ur spouse in Line 1. So leave it at "0"

Yup that's what i m hoping for right now. Hopefully by Friday. I already sent in an email version f DS3032, so hopefully that will be accepted around the same time. Lets wait and see what happens.

Update: No emails yet from NVC since Monday after providing them with our email addresses.

Yes I did. Now I am waiting for the IIN number email. Still nothing yet from them. I thought i would get it today as people usually get it within a day or two. So hoping I get it tomorrow.

Guys - Question for everyone. How long does it take to get the AOS Bill (IIN#)? Just wanted to know approximately.

looks like its in the system. So 6-8 weeks from Oct 4th. But looking at the recent SIF and CC, i would say 3-4weeks. Good luck.

6 weeks? Aren't most people getting their NVC case number about 2 weeks after receiving the NOA2 hard copy?

yes it is 2-3 weeks. However, when the operator says 6-8 weeks its just the standard answer. Dont worry. You guys should get it within 2 weeks

Hello my VJ family, my I130 was approved today. It took exactly 160 days. I am happy.

Unlike many of people, I sent the bare minimum of documents needed to file I130. I didn't include such things as photos, Skype call log, text messages, emails, etc. Only the barest of minimum of things I sent. And my case was approved without any RFE. I hope this gives solace to people who don't want to give their private things to a government agency. This is about principle.

Everyone waiting for their I130 approvals, good luck. You'll get your application approved eventually. Hopefully soon.

20-APR-2010 - Form I-130 mailed

21-APR-2010 - USCIS received I-130

27-APR-2010 - Form I-130 fee cashed

28-APR-2010 - Received USPS return receipt (send for Form I-130)

29-APR-2010 - Touched, as in case was last updated on this day. With what and how, no one knows.

30-APR-2010 - Realized cashed check has case number, NOA1 has been mailed on 27-APR-2010.

30-APR-2010 - Received first Notice of Action (NOA1)

01-OCT-2010 - Touched, as in case was last updated on this day. Probably due to senator inquiry.

04-OCT-2010 - I130 approved.

yes i just downloaded that a while back and have it filled up and signed by my wife. Just waiting for the IV bill to show up and pay for it.

I have checked my ds230 form about 100 times and believe I have everything covered.

Going to check tthe aos file tomorrow as well. Just need the darn passport office clearance. Let's see when m IV bill shows paid so I can have my wife try to request it. Not hoping for november interview but hoping for january. December would be a miracle. Let's see.
