actually its for my friend. He made an info pass appointment and immigration officer said his name was the only name in their system, no sign of his sister. They gave him this form to fill out FOIA. IM TRYING TO HELP HIM.

Hi all ,
I wanted to know if anyone knows how to fill this form out. I'm kind of confused.
On part I Type of request I put FOIA u.s. citizen and requesting documents other than my own records.
Part 2 description of records I put other -copy of records for I-130 for sibling.
Purpose : I filed for I-130 for my sister in 2006 and I haven't received anything from
USCIS. Then it asks for the names so I put the petitioners and on the part for family member I put the sisters name and infoPart 3 asks for subject of record consent to release info.. Whose info do I put the petitioners or the beneficiary since beneficiary isn't here and they ask for signature. Beneficiary not in country
PArt 4 Verification of identity Whose? petitioner or beneficiary also needs signature
Part 5 requester would be the petitioner of course.
Please help... Thanks

It was a short time span. He was on vacation and got married to his wife within 2 weeks, and he stayed with her for about 2 months now abroad. He came back this week. Btw I don't think affidavits are proof enough. They went to turkey for their honeymoon. I should ask if they have pictures together and boarding passes with their names going there together. That's when he met his wife

Hi all:
I need to know for someone I am helping with the I-130 and G-325A.I did this petition for my husband 4 years ago, but I don't remember all the details. For the G-325A, the last box that asks to print the applicant name and alien# do we just put the name of the petitioner on one and the name of the beneficiary on the other one and N/A for alien #? And do we make 4 copies of the G-325A forms? For the I-130,
- Completed and signed form I-130
- Check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security for amount of $420.00
- Completed and signed form G-325A and photographs for petitioner
- Completed and signed form G-325A and photographs for beneficiary
- Copy of U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship
- Copy of naturalization certificate to prove U.S citizenship
- Copy of marriage certificate
- Copy of divorce decrees of petitioner/beneficiary
- Copy of beneficiary's birth certificate and passport
- A few wedding photos
- maybe add 2 affadavits
Do you think these would be good enough?
Thanks for all responses.

I'm not sure what she put for marital status. Got to ask
-
I'm going to ask her if she put single or married as her status to begin with on the visitor visa app. If she did lie I'm going to tell her to seek an immigration lawyer's advice. Can't help her there. I want to help her I feel bad, but you can't just lie to USCIS.
If Anything what else can she do?

S
On form 485 how does she answer part 2 ? It looks like none of these pertain to her.

Hi,
I would like to know what forms does my friend need to file in order to change status if she can, here in the
US. her situation is she used to come and go to the US on a visitor visa . Then she got married overseas to a US citizen. She was granted another visitor visa while she was married. She never told the embassy she was married. They gave her a month to be here in the US. (BTW she didn't intend to not say anything because she didn't think anything of it. ) her husband came to the US from his vacation overseas. She got pregnant and overstayed. Her visitor visa is now expired 7 months ago. She already delivered her baby here. Her husband wants her to stay. What happens now? What forms to file??? Thank you.

I received the permanent green card on Tuesday the 8th.
Please update. Thanks.

Thank you all, I just got text/email notification again, when I checked my status on USCIS, it shows the tracking number, and when I clicked the USPS.com on that page, it took me to the USPS website and shows the tracking information.
I am so glad that I don't need to wait for another week to get the tracking info (while the USCIS staff member told me that).
Congratulations Kerrin.

Hi,
I filled out an I90 form for a relative, but I realized that I missed a question after submitting it through e-filing. Im nervous about it..The date of admission question was missing. What can we do? It was submitted last night online.
Your comments are greatly appreciated.
Thank you again.
-
I just realized I don't have to answer the 1st question. I skipped it, but I'm just nervous about date of admission
-
What can happen though?
-
Hi
I need help. I was filling out the i90 electronically but I forgot to go back and answer 2 questions 1) name as it appears on green card and 2) date of admission. Will that cause a big problem? Thanks for your comments.
-
But you also say that your wife was like this to begin with, excuse me for saying this but why even bother with jointly filling out the I-751 anyways?
-
Hi,
Your wife as many have stated can still go on with the petition without you unfortunately. I'm sorry you are going through this.
