      We recv'ed letter from USCIS along with form to appeal

      Did they tell you why they denied you and have you filed the appeal as yet.

      I got a RFE for husband birth certificate. But when I was ready to send it I realize his mom first name was not on it. Now he got to request a new birth certificate. Now I am waiting to get a new one. A whole process to get a BC from his country.
