    Wow this is clever. But when I tried this just now, it turns out that my number is surrounded by a bunch of I129 and there are no CRI89s if I just alter the last 2 digits from my biometric notice receipt number.

    If I try the same with the receipt number on the NOA1 notice it says cases not found.

    So, what exact numbers did you alter from your own to get only I751 results from the same NOA1 date?

    I used my biometric notice receipt number. I just keep changing the last 2 digits of the receipt number till I got those CRI89s cases.

    I monitored those receipt numbers -50 to +50 deviating from my own receipt number on the USCIS case status website.

    I saw that some cases were approved way earlier than mine (some were in early Sept, Oct), while some cases are still pending, even though these cases all have same NOA1 date.

    So when USICS said CSC is still processing April 18 filers, I think it is not very accurate.. Maybe just a rough guide.

    Permission to Work

    After admission, your fiancé(e) may immediately apply for permission to work by filing a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization with the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence. Any work authorization based on a nonimmigrant fiancé (e) visa would be valid for only 90 days after entry. However, your fiancé (e) would also be eligible to apply for an extended work authorization at the same time as he or she files for permanent residence. In this case, your fiancé(e) would file Form I-765 together with Form I-485 as soon as you marry.

    Thank you for sharing this info. We know we will wait for a while or forever jk...The last time I was on the phone with USCIS was October 5th. She told me that any time in October is still considered 6 months time frame. I will make another phone call on November 8 or 9th IF I still don't hear/receive anything from them. USCIS really teachs me a patient game *sigh*

    Yah, I want my green card. :unsure:

    I think the CBP officer will see the CR1 visa stamp in your passport and activate it, instead of allowing you in under VWP.

    It is up to the discretion of the CBP officer.
