Kathy is already feeling homesick and sad about her departure, i dont blame her, she's very close to her parents and sisters...not to mention her gal friends. She tells me once she's here it'll stop hitting her to much and it'll just go away as we become busy organizing our bedroom which i havent done much in it because she wants to decorate it with me and i agree with her, plus so far my taste has been stuff that she calls "for single guys" lol

I dont know what to get her...i feel happy and i want to celebrate but i know she wont feel completely happy because she's leaving her family for me... i can already tell she's sad about it... She's a very sensible girl too, but saturday night i'm sure she'll feel better because we're going out with alot of friends to celebrate. But who knows, maybe once she's out of the airport she'll feel alot better.

Does nobody here like Brazilian BBQ? I think I am spoiled living in Orlando and it being such a tourist town we have every type of ethnic food. There is even a take-out place near me that serves both Chinese and Puerto Rican food. Don't ask, but I will say that it is delicious.

i went to one of those brazilian steak houses that's like an all you can eat buffet but they serve you all types of meat, that's in my list of the to-do when kathy is here good stuff! here in queens there are chinese food restaurants that also serve mexican food lol

atlanta has a huge airport...and the border patrol guys are not mean at all. i landed there once when i was coming from peru to ny....fell asleep in the waiting area and missed the plane lol but they put me in another one and better one too...i was gonna land in new jersey, i landed in jfk ny

Peruvian food is also VERY delicious can't wait to go back after things get back to normal

the story is that yesterday i was ready to pay for the ticket for the 9th at 780$ then in the morning out of nowhere i get an email from the lady who i bought my ticket to Peru for last week. She tells me there are some specials for california (kathy's cousin wanted to go visit and she asked for this agent's number, so i shot the agent an email to let me know whenever there are price reductions for non-stop flights) anyways, she emails me about that and out of curiousity i ask her if she has any Lima-nyc tickets and she says she's gonna look it up and she'll send me an email. eventually she found one for the 9th at 580$.... i'm saving 200$ here!!! and a few mins. later she sends me another email telling me if i wanted an earlier day, she had a ticket for leaving the 4th at night and arriving to nyc in the morning the 5th non-stop for 680$... i call kathy and ask her if its fine, she gives me the ok and i reserved that one and cancelled the other reservation with the other agent saving 100$ i'm happy with that and her coming sooner, it's worth it

I could've just taken that ticket for the 9th but i didnt give up and i still asked until the last minute and i found something better and cheaper

I'm happy but her, she's a bit sad because she's leaving her family and friends, she's basically saying her goodbyes but i tell her friends it's not a goodbye, its never a goodbye, it's always a SEE YOU LATER.
