i hope my girl's visa interview is either august or September... i have vacations from work around then so i could go for the interview and perhaps that'll help with the approval.

i think going crazy is better than going depressed and full of the frustration that you can't do anything to actually inquire for further information of what's going on. I constantly check the website and see my case status and no updates what so ever. I did a correction on my naturalization certificate and this thing took me 4 months to get it fixed, i check the receipt number in there since i have a portfolio along with the i129F and guess what...it's still there with the first info i received from when they received it, it doesnt even say: COMPLETE.... = /

If anyone has the number of the Nevada Service Center i could try to reach them and find out on my side and if it all works out i'll gladly share my info.... but...hey! yea...congratulations to those who have been approved

I GOT MY NOA1 ON FEB. 18 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING... = / NO INFO FROM IMMIGRATION WHATSOEVER... ANY IDEAS WHAT THE DELAY COULD BE, IM GETTING DEPRESSED JUST FOR WAITING FOR IT... = /

Try to have some patience. Unfortunately the USCIS is just slow (and unhelpful). So far they seem to have only been working on those received by around Feb 12. Eventually they will get to us (my NOA1 date was feb 26).

HEY GUYS, THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE. WELL THE FIRST DENIAL WAS BECAUSE SHE JUST DIDNT MEET THE TIES TO THE COUNTRY AND THE SECOND ONE WAS BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH OUT OF THE COUNTRY VISAS...BASICALLY THE ON THE SECOND ONE THE CONSUL TOLD HER THAT IF SHE HAD TRAVELED TO OTHER COUNTRIES THEN HE WOULD'VE GIVEN HER THE VISA. ONLY THING IS THAT SHE NEVER SAID SHE WAS COMING HERE TO VISIT ME, WOULD THAT BE AN ISSUE AS WELL?

Would they deny or give my fiancee a hard time if she's has applied for tourist visa and denied twice before?
