They are asking for an I-864a from you...not an I-864.

On April 8, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number XXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
    Thanks everyone for your help!

We filed in August as well and got RFE last month. We replied with more evidence (one big box with tons of documents and photos) and they approved today.
I would wait until you hear from USCIS requesting for evidence.
Definitely call USCIS and push for the case and on the other side start gathering evidences so you are immediately ready if you receive RFE or Interview.
    Good luck!

sunshine_84 got a reaction from CaizLurol in Does anyone think filing I130 thru Immigration lawyer speed up the process of approval
IMHO that's totally illogical assumption. USCIS goes case by cases based on petitioner/beneficiary's past records (previous marriage/relationship, felony, immigration frauds etc) so don't place everyone on the same boat if they filed around the same time.
VJ forum is 1000 times better than hiring lawyers and VJ will give you far more up-to date information than any lawyer could give.
Lawyers are waste of money for simple cases and nothing more than that for immigration process.

sunshine_84 got a reaction from I AM NOT THAT GUY in Does this actually help??
At least it does not work for IR-1/CR-1 immigration visa category. I have seen lots of applicants on VJ forum as well. USCIS/NVC does not treat pregnancy as a valid reason to expedite the process.

AOS and IV coversheet are not the same. "Attention" field in address are different for both packages.

It's clear now that your file has been approved by USCIS again to proceed with another interview.

sunshine_84 got a reaction from lifesgood in need help pls- visa CR1
provide more details to your case, so others can help you.
e.g. Country where you have your interview, your file type (I guess it's CR1 from your profile), where was your application filed (USA or Direct Consular Filing)?
You don't have your timeline created on VJ, so it's difficult for others to give any advice without knowing much about your case.

Always remember that your hands are under the stone. If you hit the stone, you will hurt yourself So be polite rather than aggressive with your words when you talk to the officer on phone.

First of all check these two things:
    1. Call NVC to find out if they want PCC from Singapore and Pakistan or they need only PCC from your present country of permanent residence where your consulate interview will be conducted.
    2. Verify with your USA embassy in Pakistan about PCC validity period. Mumbai Consulate in India considers PCC valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    Hope this helps.

hehehe There is no such definition to define who qualifies for expedite requests. USCIS reviews case by cases and decides if your reason is genuine enough to expedite your application for your given circumstances.
Example of one approval I saw on VJ:
Petitioner was in army and deployed. His parents were disabled and need someone to give them an assistance. So beneficiary (wife) got her file expedited.
