Submitting additional evidence for I-751

6 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

I have additional evidence that was not available at the time of submitting my application in August. I have not yet received any communication from USCIS since my biometrics. Can I send it in with a copy of the NOA 1 receipt or should I wait until they either send me an RFE, or schedule for an interview if I am not approved outright?

You can call service center to find out if they transfer your case to local office for interview. 8 months without RFE, it sounds they are scheduling your interview. Good luck.

We filed in August as well and got RFE last month. We replied with more evidence (one big box with tons of documents and photos) and they approved today.

I would wait until you hear from USCIS requesting for evidence.

Definitely call USCIS and push for the case and on the other side start gathering evidences so you are immediately ready if you receive RFE or Interview.

Good luck!
