Hello VJ's it's me again, I called the NVC last night and they ask me the "beneficiary name and DOB and the petitioner's name and DOB after I give our NVC case number.
And they ask me too,our email address and I give the two after that my phone got off.Am worried if she has another things to tell me and can't call her back that late at night.
Do I expect, they will generate for choice of agent and send it to our email address? OR
Do I have to call them back tonight?
Thanks for who answer my queries.

Hello folk,My husband and I reading about the Affidavit of support and we confused in Part 6 section 25. Federal Tax Return information and have 2 boxes to choice,
First box state that ....I have filed a federal tax return for each of the three most recent tax years.I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my Federal tax return for only the most recent tax year.My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS from 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal Tax returns for the most recent years was:
TAX YEAR TOTAL INCOME
( most recent) $
( 2ND most recent) $
( 3rd most recent) $
Second box...say (optional) I have attached photocopies or transcript of my Federal Tax return for my second and third most recent years.
Our question is,What box shall we check? Or can we leave in blank? My husband is tax free and he didn't file tax return since year 2002 'till present and we can't attach the said 3 most recent years.
Another in Part 7....state.....If your income ,or the total income for you and your household ,from the line 24c exceeds the federal Poverty Guidelines for your household size,YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to complete this part. Skip to part 8 .
,since my husband reach the poverty line and not necessary to used the asset,my question is can we leave it blank in this portion? Or i need to put 00 in the blank since they are asking asset amount?
It's sound little stupid but We only avoid RFE....
Any Idea are welcome....

Hand write "Petitioner not required to file tax returns. See addendum". On the addendum give an explanation of why no tax returns were required and refer to the applicable IRS regulation. Leave the asset section blank.
Pushbrk is exactly correct about the explanation. You need to list the IRS regulation that exempts your husband from filing tax returns.
These statements that someone was "not required" to file a tax return or was "tax free" always concern me because extremely FEW people are exempt from filing tax returns. Many people (about 40%) are exempt from PAYING federal tax, but not exempt from filing a return. But Pushbrk is correct, if there is a regulation that exempts your husband, then cite it.
If there is no such regulation exempting him from filing, he can download the necessary forms to file taxes for the past years by gooling 1040/2006, 1040/2007 There is NO penalty for filing late IF no tax is owed.
So.............
To have a hand written explanation why my husband is tax-free ---ok (copied)
Then ,In that portion we have to leave it blank, since we are going to support an explanation letter?

Congrats...it's remind me when i am walking in the aisle.............with tears of happiness.......

Good day to all filipina VJ's, I would like to ask regarding the birth certificate.
My NSO birth certificate is unclear ,too much black ink scattered everywhere and can't be read easily.
If i will send the NSO BC to the NVC do they accept it and no RFE?
Any idea are welcome...
God bless...

Hello filipina vj's,
I wanna ask ,if it is ok to send to the NVC two kinds of birth certificate from NSO and from civil registrar?
My NSO birth certificate is unclear and look very dirty cuz of the ink so i decided to include my civil registrar birth so support the DS-230.
Any input are appreciated..
