  1. Hello VJ's,

i'm really sorry about this.....yes i read for many times about the CR1/IR1 form from the uscis give us but when i keep on reading other VJ;s experience..its make me crazy cuz the form stated send the form "stand -alone".But why, they send the form I-130 with the documents and 2 forms of affidavit of support G-864 in one envelop?

    Anybody can clarify me.... :crying:

    Any help will be appreciated..

A complete I-130 petition application includes pertinent personal documents and 2 G-325a, one each for you and your petitioner, with passport-style photos for both you and your petitioner. Other proofs of your marital relationship are very much welcome. Of course, the more proofs you can offer, the better. After getting a NOtice of Approval, you will be prompted to name an agent, usually your petitioner. This is the DS-3032. The affidavit of support I-864 may be paid for and submitted during this time as well. As far as I know, I-864 is only done when your case reaches NVC and not during the petition-filing process.

Thank you for the info...it lighten my mind...

I'm no expert, I guess people want to send more than needed because they rather send too much than not enough. I know I didn't want to risk USCIS sending back the petitions asking for more information/documents and having to possibly start over again. I sent the documents they asked for plus additional documents. Besides they might accept it and not ask you for those additional documents later. Just a thought. Good luck to you.

  7. ANYBODY CAN HELP ME......i;M REALLY CONFUSED WHAT I'M GONNA DO.I WAS MARRIED LAST OCTOBER 23,2008.AND I'M WORRIED WHAT ADDRESS SHOULD I WRITE IN THE FORM I-130.THE RESIDENCE ADDRESS WRITTEN IN MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OR THE PARENTS ADDRESS WHERE i REALLY STAY CUZ THE RESIDENCE ADDRESS IN MY MC THATS THE PLACE OF THE APPARTMENT TEMPORARILY WE STAY.

    THANKS ALOT...

  8. Anybody can help me?Its about my address.whats the proper address should i write in the form I-130,

my parents address where i really live or the residence address where it is stated in marriage certificate?

The new address is in my aunte address cuz we live in the apartment and the municipality wont allow us to

register thier cuz we are new thats why we used their address.s

    Thank

  9. It depends if you want to submit 129-f. If you submit 129-f then that would be called as K3. K3 is for married couple also but if you come to USA in this type of Visa, you will need to apply for adjustment of status and all those stuffs just like in fiancé visa (K1). CR1 is an immigrant visa.

You can submit 129-f after you get a NOA1. You dont need to pay anything anymore since K3 is free if you filed for I-130.

    hope that helps.

hello.. as i read your response here..i got an interest cuz i got married too last october 23,2008.We didnt file first cuz we need to comply first the document needed. But its really bother me about the address. What address shall i write in the form I-130?My parents address where I really live or the address we used in the marriage certificate?....this is the story....before my hubby came here in the philippines we plan to stay in the city cuz of the terrorism cuz i live in the province for the sake of his safety we did. Then, when we filed to the municipality...the incharge didnt allow us to file thier cuz we just only stay for one month..it should be 6 months and we need to go to my province. If we were go thier ....it takes to loong and that might be the wedding date will be postpone/delayed.Since,I have my aunte work in the city,,we used here address and the incharge allow us...and now my problem comes up whats the address should i write?

pls.help me to this....i'm really confused of it..

    thanks

  10. I just wanted to post our interview experience. Let me start to say that we got the PINK SLIP, does that mean we are approved? but when we were at window 38, the lady said that the consul wanted more document verification----marriage index check w/ CDLI and marriage certificate. We provided the consul with a copy of the CENMAR, MC, etc but she wanted another one and wrote that on the paper to get and provide before the Visa will be released. we paid the DV sept. 26, a month before the interview. the lady at window 38 said that we can wait for the DV to be done which will be 4-6 weeks or we can go to NSO and get the verifcation ourselves and hand it in to USEM between 1-2pm M-Th. anyone w/ the same situation? it seems to me that the DV is useless if we are going to be the one to do the DV ourselves and pay extra when we have already provided the docs at interview. so after the interview today, we went to NSO and the lady said that the CENOMAR and MC will look the same but the barcode has something to do with CDLI verifcation code. so bakit wala to sa list of requirements ng embassy. this is really crazy. so at the beginning we could have gotten the MC and cENOMAR w/ CDLI code para deretcho na, diba? so we are stuck in DV right now, right? That must be the white slip the whole paper w/ the requirements needed? but since we got the pink slip, does it mean we are approved once they receive the docs that they asked for?

Hi,Honey....Im sorry to say this but i really need your help or information about filing I-130.This is my first ..im really confused what we gonna do.Can u tell us,step by steps.Do we need an agent to process this?

    thanks alot :star:
