I need your help guys!!! When my fiance sent me the copy of NOA1 & approved NOA2 I found out that my middle name spelled incorrectly. (My correct middle name is PILANTE but in the NOA's it is written as "FILANTE") will this create a big problem?? What should I do to correct this error?? who should I contact USCIS, NVC or DOS??

Try to call the US Embassy Manila and ask their help,what the best thing you need to do.And also let your fiancee call the NVC about your mispelled Middle Name.Call them as soon as possible. Good luck.

hi again , I just want to know where to put our picture together as a proof of our relationship being bonafide I am closer to my interview date (Sept 15)(Oh GOD be my guide on my interview hope i can take home the infamous pink slip.) Anyone here, can give me the best idea where to place our picture i got 50 pcs pic.all in all I actually put them all together on small album which looks really presentable and in manner of dates and places we visited during his stay here in Philippines and the size would be is 4x6x3 inches thick would this be alright and i put all the dates and placed and the name of person included on the pic with us and the date it was taken and place too do u think this is ok and wont be hazzle if i hand in to the consul during my interview ifever he asked for it? does it really fitted on the space underneat the glass window? In my case,I paste the pictures in the bond paper with caption and they only asked few cuz their window is so small.But still you can use small and thin album to look good.Good luck on your iinterview..Bring PINK slip......

It is not true that only spouses nor fiancee are allowed to undergo seminar.F2a Category still required to go prism and have a seminar.If you are doubt,try to visit their website or call them so that you can also prepare what documents you need to bring. Good luck.

I am more than blessed to have my visa approved last September 2 and up to now I am still waiting for my visa to arrived. I am longing to go home to Davao to spend time with my family before I leave in the US this September 27 and I cant do that if I still dont have my visa on hand. I am really worried about this. My husband petition my 2 kids and they got approved last March 2010 then their papers was sent to National Visa Center, after paying all the fees we gathered all the forms and documents needed and we mailed all the papers to them last June 23, 2010. after 7 weeks of waiting we got an email to them that the Affidavit of support of my 2nd child was missing and they need it so that they can continue the processing of their papers. So, we submit again another AOS form with supporting documents, but until now we didn't hear anything from National Visa Center. My husband called the customer service and they said still in process. My question is... do we need to wait another 6 to 8 weeks again before they will make a decision since they are the one who messed up the papers? Pls give me some advise what i need to do.

Hello,unfortunately the same situation happen to me and to my big baby.They lost the last part of the Affidavit of support and then it took a while to get it straightened down. Be patience but don't make them mad at you or your husband.They are cranky if you follow up even thou it is thier fault why the documents are missed up.

Floyd Mayweather Jr., who has steadfastly refused to answer questions about the most recent round of failed negotiations for a fight with Manny Pacquiao, has unleashed a profanity-filled racist and homophobic Internet rant against the Filipino star.

In an approximately 10-minute UStream video, apparently made Thursday and also posted on YouTube, Mayweather repeated his assertion that Pacquiao uses performance-enhancing drugs, an accusation that resulted in a defamation lawsuit from Pacquiao earlier this year.

Mayweather, apparently in his home with a handful of members of his entourage in the background, ripped into Pacquiao repeatedly during the video.

"I'm on vacation for about a year, about a year," Mayweather said. "As soon as we come off vacation, we're going to cook that little yellow chump. We ain't worried about that. So they ain't gotta worry about me fighting the midget. Once I kick the midget ####, I don't want you all to jump on my d---. So you all better get on the bandwagon now. ... Once I stomp the midget, I'll make that mother f----- make me a sushi roll and cook me some rice."

Mayweather's publicist, in Mexico for another fighter's promotion, has seen the video but has been unable to reach Mayweather or adviser Leonard Ellerbe. Kelly Swanson said she would not comment further.

Attempts by ESPN.com to reach Ellerbe were also unsuccessful.

"The video speaks for itself," Pacquiao said in a statement given to ESPN.com by his publicist, Fred Sternburg.

Animated as ever, Mayweather at times spoke directly to the camera and at other times kept the recording running while he made calls to fans who had posted messages to his UStream and Twitter pages.

The tirade came as Pacquiao is in the midst of a three-city media tour to promote his Nov. 13 fight with Antonio Margarito -- a bout taking place only because Mayweather refused to fight him.

But Mayweather sure made it sound as though the fight with Pacquiao, boxing's biggest bout and the fight many believe will shatter all revenue records in boxing history, will eventually happen. They have already had two rounds of negotiations fail -- in January and again during the spring.

"At this particular time I don't know if I'm gonna fight again," Mayweather said. "As of right now, I truly believe I am gonna fight again, but as of right now I don't have the urge to get up. But when I do got the urge to get up, believe me my UStream and my Twitter fans will be the first to know, and when we do come back, we will kick 'Poochiao' ####. So I'll let the fans know. Don't worry, we'll kick 'Poochiao' ####. He's gonna take the urine and blood test."

All terms had been agreed to in January for Mayweather and Pacquiao to meet in March, except for the drug-testing protocol. Mayweather had demanded that he and Pacquiao submit to random blood and urine tests throughout the buildup to the fight. Pacquiao agreed to random urine tests, but they could not come to an agreement on the blood-testing protocol and the fight plans imploded.

Pacquiao went on to easily defeat Joshua Clottey on March 13. Mayweather went on to easily outpoint Shane Mosley on May 1.

Then a second round of negotiations failed and Pacquiao signed to fight Margarito.

During this week's media tour to promote the bout, Pacquiao said he gave in to Mayweather's testing demands during the second round of negotiations.

"We agree with, you know, his demands," Pacquiao said. "I wanted to know if that's his real reason [for not signing to fight]."

Mayweather's camp has denied the second round of negotiations ever took place, even though Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum, insisted that they did, with HBO Sports president Ross Greenburg serving as the intermediary. Arum's version was backed up by Greenburg, despite the Mayweather camp's denials.

During the video, Mayweather also went on a rant about Pacquiao's record, even though Pacquiao has not lost a fight since 2005, and made incorrect comments about the money each had received for recent fights and endorsements.

" 'Poochiao' got three losses and two draws and been knocked out twice," Mayweather said. "So, like I said before, once I beat him it's going to be a cakewalk and it's on to the next. ... We know Pacquiao made $6 million in his last fight and Floyd Mayweather made $65 million in his last fight. Three losses, two draws. Ohhh, hell no, this is America baby. We built on winning. Step your game up, f----t. ... That mother f----- Pacquiao, he can't speak no English. He never seen a contract he didn't like. Mother f----- signed with two companies [Top Rank and Golden Boy]. Look it up. And then this mother f------ with Nike only got 70 Gs. How stupid can a mother f----- be? Reebok gave me a million dollars for three weeks. I wore Reebok s--- for a week for a million dollars. ... This mother f------'s name is Emmanuel. He got a fake name, taking power pellets."

Mayweather also broke out into a bizarre song in which he called Pacquiao a "#######" and added: "When we do come back, we'll kick 'Poochiao's' ####. I'm gonna fight the Pacman when he gets off the power pellets."

One of these days,Mayweather will find out he doesn't rule the Universe.Then he will have the shocked look on his face just like he did after Clottey hit him one time...........I repeat ONE TIME .... It is necessary to put SSN in the Affidavit of support but if you refer the sworn of Affidavit it is not necessary at all.

Hello,that is normal to have a small tear in the packet as long as the yellow package is not.You can tear a little bit to get the passport inside just only the first plastic but be careful when you get tear.And check your passport if their is no discrepancy. Good Luck..

I am a permanently 100% disabled Veteran and I receive income from VA Disability as well as Soc Sec Disability.

My question is: Do they accept both of these incomes for lawful in come on the I-134?

I know I am well over the poverty line, in fact by their guidelines I can handle 8 people. (There will be just me and my soon to be wife.)

Either the two offices she can go but I would suggest that she will call for an appointment because they have a limit for the day and it is advisable to go in the morning.As far as I know,it is whole day seminar.Don't forget to bring your passport,visa,packet if you have it, BC of your fiancee and yours too. Bottom line is,bring all documents which are importants. Good luck.

I can suggest,do it yourself than to hired an agency cuz they only aafter your money.They will not help you alot.My husband and I did it by ourselved and we made it.Ask and research here in visajourney,many will help you to solve your problem.Good luck.

It asks for the purpose, and allows you to select some answers, only two of the answers would apply:

"Passport/Travel" or "Others".

She allready has a passport, so im thinking select "Others" and where it asks for "Particulars" put "K1 Visa".

Is this correct?

hi vj members, my wife will have her interview on sept. 2 at 8:30 a.m., and she's pretty nervous about it, we kind'a have a problem, on her ds 230 form, where it ask the benificiary if she has kids, we did not declare it, now she's afraid that she may get question about it.

Its normal to feel nervous when the interview is fast approaching but in your case I'm not really sure what to say but to tell the truth beacuse if you lie and they find out their will be a red flag.Just pray that they will not ask you about that matter so that you will be approved. Good luck.
