    Thank you guys....it is really relieve for me that I passed my Interview. I'm really worried too much because my husband

    don't have W2 and pay stub only explanation letter from him and from VA and Social Security since he is tax exempted.

    The CO is so cool ....

    Naturally, at the NVC stage an I-864 was submitted and accepted before the visa interview. Now, the embassy it appears wants an I-864 at the interview in Manila.

    Am I supposed to prepare and send a new I-864 to my spouse? (I have also changed address and job. The NVC acknowledge my change of address.)

    OR

    Send a copy of the original I-864 I prepared months and months ago?

    I intend to send the 2009 W2 and 1040 also... (The original I-864 was for the 2008 tax period.)

    One more thing. Am I supposed to send a notarized letter of employment and wages? The Manila embassy instructions talk about sending the I-864 and then throws in this part about employment letter...

    If any of you have interviewed I deeply appreciate your input...

    If you are the petitioner what is the safest venue to send overnight documents to PI? Specifically four hours north of Manila in Pangasinan.... DHL? Federal Express? USPS?

    Hi,

    Am the beneficiary,just finished my interview last MArch 3. Send it to your wife just in case the CO will ask that from your wife,some of them they will ask. In my case,we prepared that cuz it is stated in the appointment letter.

    i am a little upset about the interview questions!!!

    ok so I am happy Pam got the pink and everything but she was in there for 20 minutes answering questions about he myspace,tagged and friendster accounts? They asked her if she really wanted to be with me because of her accounts? Has anyone experienced that before or have any insite to why they would ask questions like that?

    Congratulation Pam u bring home the Favorite color. BTw, I've never expect they will ask that...maybe the CO see your fiancee in the site he mention above.

    I got my police clearance from Hong Kong too because I worked there for more than six months.

    Your GF doesn't need police clearance from Hong Kong since she did not work for at least six months there. She needs NBI clearance in the the Philippines. Read the Guides here at VJ

    I agree..she only need NBI clearance since she didn't stay in hongkong at least six months.

    Hello fellow Vj members,

    Just wanna asked those who just had their medical at St. Lukes recently? How much is the medical Fee for 14 yrs. old below?

    I have read somewhere here that says $185.35?? and P10, 500 in Philippine Peso?

    If it's 10,500 then it is not $185.35,,am i right?

    I would appreciate any help.. Thanks.

    OK I need some help with my G-325A address my fiance lives in San miguel, cordova, cebu. she says thiers no street name so my question is how show i put her address on this form?

    street and number: ?

    city: ?

    province: ?

    country: Phlippines

    It's same with me...i don't have house or street number but since the apartment where I stayed is so familiar then it's not hard for them to find.

    street and number--------------San Miguel, Cordova

    City------------------------------ Lapu-lapu City...............Cordova is belong to lapu-lapu city and not in cebu city at all

    Province------------------------- Cebu

    Just be a bit patience.. But, keep in mind they normally don't grant interviews until the 2nd week of the month,,, So, you should have an interview in march.

    Oh really....in March? Why other's just early not just even 2 weeks from thier case complete?

    But if that really true will be in march then that is still fine...

    Hello Vj's...we already sign in failed but still no up date since January 12,2010 and no confirmation that we are already case complete.

    We already called the NVC but they always say wait for the email.

    Is there another way aside from to wait?

    Good day to all,

    I just wanna know,if it is normal that you sign in failed then received checklist Cover sheet?

    our CR1 sign in failed last January 12,2010. We received a letter from NVC today says CHECKLIST COVER SHEET.

    Their is [] symbol and X...BUT ....in checklist they put X says:

    [X]--If you have to returned your original form to us...these are the item are still incorrect/missing.If you need another form,please visit http://travel.state.gov.visa/visa4354 html to download new form and and complete the instructions.

    [X]--On line 30: the (sponsor) has not correctly filled up his /her own name in the blank " I________________certify........

    We already response the last part they are asking and now confused what the first X means.

    Anybody can help us to understand what is it mean?
