Hi everyone completely excited !!! Well we have this lady that is helping us to fill out our applications so since my hubby is in the USA he is the one that speaks to her so I thought that she filled our ds260 too long ago but the last week of august she finally complete the form I was so sad because of time issues. Well to my surprise last Wednesday sep. 10th I got an email of case complete and interview date as oct 23 I couldn't believe it !!! I am so excited !!!! :joy:

Someone on Facebook just saw her PAID change to N/A. Scan date July 28

If they started on July 28th already that's a great progress considering today is still Tuesday...

Yes I tried to expedite my case and was told to contact NVC regarding my case and then my expedite request was denied.

Usually respond within 3 days or less.

Thank God I got from NVC case number after a month and two weeks if I have left many more processs can tell someone tell approximately how many months must I wait thanks

After getting case number expect about 4 more months at NVC giving you have all the documents ready and assuming no checklists...

Anybody knows how to stop ceac checking obsession ??? At 3am in the morning because getting the 60 days wait email today hasn't stopped me giving up hope ugh I better get a life

Thanks! But...I'm not sure if NVC is actually speeding up. I wouldn't call it "speeding up", but rather "finally woke up".

NVC was indeed processing cases faster this week compared to the previous two weeks.

There was almost no activity at the NVC office from Aug 25th to Sept 3rd.

Agree I hope they keep this pace at least and not slow down again like it was few weeks ago. Fingers crossed.

I hope by the end of next week NVC starts working on August packages. I miss the days when people used to be in and out of NVC in less than a month. Stay positive and remember this will not last forever. Good luck everyone and may god keep the checklists away from all of us

My package was scanned on Jul 18th and no word yet from NVC.

Lucky you... I see good news in your near future. My IV package scan date in 8/20 so I got a while to go.

I hope NVC will get this sorted out. They seem making some progress this week. I got an email today that the consulate denied my request for expedite not exactly what I was hoping... now I just have to deal with my medical problem all alone... great

Mondays... normal people hate it but we look forward for it.

... but NVC is a mad house and I don't trust anything that happens in that house.

Lucky you... Waited 32 days for case number after NVC received my case.

I just hope they speed up real quick this coming new week. Their work rate this last few weeks is equal to zero.

Am hoping to have a CC in 2-3weeks and heaven forbids I get a checklist, I doubt if I'll survive it. :dead:

Overall the night shift CSRs seems to be more polite and helpfull... Called few times during the day and the CSRs seemed a little rude... But everytime I call during the night I get a nice person who is actually willing to dig a little deeper to find answers and not just threw the 60 days thing in my face lol

Am glad they are making progress. Hopefully we'll see more of CC next week.

Super slow progress... They were working on July 11th 3 weeks ago.

On hold for 30+ minutes.... but their staff is working hard to take my call now... When they return to the line, I will let them know how they may serve me... my patience is greatly appreciated.

I received another checklist. Will I have to wait another 60 days when they receive my new documents? It's been 50ish days since they got my documents from my last checklist. Do I really have to start the wait over???
