I hope everything works out for you....good luck! B)

I would ( and I did) allow at least 3 hours.
-
Yes... you list all children whether they will be applying for a visa or not.
-
I sent ours next day delivery...USPS I think....cost $14.00 (there were 3 AOS applications in the pack) and I had delivery confirmation by noon the day after I mailed them.
-
Congrats....check my timeline.

The I-864 no longer needs to be notarized.
-
I believe the OP filed only the I-751 thinking that was what was required to adjust status.
-
The OP did not file to adjust status....the OP missed a whole vital step.

You Are a Red Flower
A red flower tends to represent power, seduction, and desire.
At times, you are loving like a red tulip.
And at other times, you're very enthusiastic, like a bouvardia.
And more than you wish, your passion is a bit overwhelming, like a red rose.
What Color Flower Are You?

I would agree....usually within a week or two.
-
It would make sense but they are not allowed to ask it. I don't know what you do if they do ask....but still it is a no no!
-
and the employer should not be checking your status until they ofer you a job. Once you accept the job then they can ask that you prove you are authorized to work....not before.
Goos luck tho..hope it all works out for you.

The A# can be found (hopefully) in a few places.
It is usually on the NOA 2..... on the back of the I-94 and sometimes on the visa itself... it begins with an A.

Mine was approved this week after a touch or two...
-
I received touches on all our pending cases on 1/20/07 as well.

The non immigrant visa number is NOT the A#....
The non immigrant visa number is the red number on the visa.
The A# is a number that is (usually) on the visa....and NOA2....it starts with an "A"

as long as it is less than a year old when you file you will be fine.
Ours were well and truly expired....like about a year. I didn't check with anyone or wait for a RFE.we just did them again....( 2 kids and me)
Would you still be on VJ after all your petitions are approved?

I am not sure if I will still be around once I am completely done....after arriving in US Jan 05 I didn't post for a long time....until the next stage.
We were waiting for our original petitions to be approved when I found this site....so glad I didn't find it earlier....I would have worried too much.
As it was I just read the instructions and filed confident that I had done everything correctly. No RFE's....so far....touch wood!
