K3's dont (as of yet havent seen any) get transferred to CSC

We have been married 3 years...almost so will be getting an unconditional GC...I can't imagine they would give that without interview.

No they could not get US citizenship in the same way that your daughter got it as they do not have an American birth parent.

You (as the USC) would need to file a petition for them...an I 130 and they would probably need to stay in Canada until that is processed and attend an interview.

I'm not sure that DCF is possible from Canada.

I haven't posted here in forever but we are AOS'ing from K3/4 (finally....lol) and today we got transferred to CSC.... from what I have been reading is that unusual?
