It happens often....have no idea why when they specifically tell you to not open it,
All that is in there is the paperwork you have sent/provided up until that point.
-
Give me a break...do you have any idea of what the non USC has to go through ??
You are almost at the end of at least the first stage....I find your attitude totally selfish and to not take the call is disgusting.
If you are tired of the process...go out...do something else.
Sheesh

I haven't seen anything at the waterhole but somone moved the cam and that was when I saw the cow-things,
-
LOL.......I am watching at work....I have had half the hospital wandering in and out looking for the cricket!!
Looks like cows to me too.....I'm guessing they're not tho.
-
we need more info....abbreviate what?
-
Now that you have a GC you don't need the EAD at all.
-
The only rule I have is do not drive when you have been drinking!
-
I agree that you do not need a SSN to go to school. My children started school the week after we got here....as long as you live in the school district they have to accept them.
-
My employer contacted me the day mine expired to provide them with an updated one...which fortunately I had.
I didn't tell them before that tho cos I wanted to see if they noticed. They did.

I wanna go to California
I did.....didn't help!

####### is up with USCIS......trying to be fair to everyone might be good for a start!!

You do not need to send any photos or any of that kind of thing to prove your relationship. You marriage certificate is enough t prove your eligibility to apply for a K3 visa.
The instructions state what documents are needed
-
Only children 14 and over need a G 325.
-
It will be valid for 12 months....by which time she will hopefully have a green card.
-
Many professional women do not change their names...it is your choice and I doubt it would be a problem when it comes time to adjust status.
-
No I don't know of any confirmation....I just know we filed while I was in US (couldn't trust my husband to do the paperwork needed on his own!!
)

I was in Perth and when I initially filed I put that as my consulate.
Now despite the fact that Perth do not interview for K3/4 visas my package was sent there....and instead of sending it on to Sydney they sent it back to US. Eventually it found it's way back to Sydney but not after many calls to NVC and finally the State Dept in Washington.
I haven't heard of this happening before so I am sure you will be fine.
Good Luck

Yes you can file while you are in the US.
-
Yes the new card starts from the date it is approved.
My old card expired 1/27/07 the new one began 1/12/07

Divorce him and get over it.
USC's who hold the threat of deportaion over the head of foreign spouses really really pi$$ me off!
-
I visited 3 times...always thru LAX and had no problems at all. When asked the purpose of my visit I always said visiting with family and friends...they never asked for any further info and I didn't offer.
Good luck.

People have received RFE's for info they have already sent.
There is no way of knowing.....just gather what they ask for.....make a copy of everything and send it off.
Then relax!

There are many people in the US who have no choice and have to use a PO box as they have no mail delivery to their houses.
It is not a problem to use a PO Box address as a mailing address.
