Hello everyone!! i posted lasted about receiving text from Delbros and at about 12:23 pm today they delivered it..i'm feeling so nervous while checking it!! Thanks LORD......to all whose been waiting for weeks now and under AR too cos of document verification, you will be the next..just continue to pray that everything will be fine...thanks to all those who have been replying on my posts.....Its really great to know that someone is willing to be there when you need some help..

father's full name: will i include the middle name?

mother's full name: maiden name with midlle name?

Hi! haven't you gotten yet the confirmation from delbros..i suggest for you to call the office of delbros or fax the receipt to them..cos i learned that robbie no longer handling the verification of docs...

hi! its been long wait for me when delbros screwed up on my payment and didn't informed the embassy of my payment when the embassy is just waiting for delbros to notify that this applicant paid, so they can send a request to delbros the name of applicants for verification to nso..so shame on delbros part that they not qualified enough for the verification job..ur not alone here gurl..lots suffered same thing..what i can suggest is for u to make sure ur docs been submitted in nso for verification, if that would be the case, 2 weeks is the earliest if no problem with the verification, or could be 4 to 6 weeks...i thank my asawa for always calling the embassy and done the verification last friday and its now in the embassy. Right now, am still waiting for my visa to be delivered, its been a month on june 20(got pink and white slip with no other docs needed to pass, just the nso verification result)

I know this question is really not unusual question that has been posted, but probably I will just ask for a clarification in this matter because of the situation in our case as CR1...Like i have mentioned befoe..we seeked for the help of an agent in our papers...because before i really have no idea of how the paper goes like this until I found this site that has been so helpful for me to understand what we are going through now..We filed this January 2008..we have been approved approximately about April(I1-130)taking the CR1 route since we were informed by the NVC to start the processing of the CR1 but our original plan is to take a K3 visa..sinced our 129f remains pending..so now we are in CR1..Now,we have the case number with the instruction packet to our lawyer to obtain the other documents needed for the review by the NVC...I just want to ask..I frequently reading about the AR thing after the interview regardless they paid a month before their interview already..will it be ok to pay the DELBROS now that i have the case number? or shall i wait for the notice first from the embassy?When is really the best time to pay the DELBROS for the embassy to have the enough time to verify the documents?Lastly, how much will be paid if on our case we are married..will BC and MC paid as one P650..or this are two documents so double amount?Thank you in advance with the reply...Goodluck to all of us!!!!GOD BLESS!!!

...hi! yes, it is better for you to pay now since you already have case number. U pay at any metrobank branches the amount of 650 pesos for your document verification..you can see the instruction on how to text your payment info to DELBROS in USEM website..then have follow up on it to make sure they will notify the embassy of your payment to avoid delays cos delbros is sucks! hope that could help!

I was wondering if any of the seasoned veteran's out there have any information on starting a service type business in the Philippines and if you know who to contact(agency) about lic., taxes and permits etc.

I have a couple of partners who are interested in opening a business using Filipina staffing and doing work subcontracted from firms based in the US. This business will good for the Filipina's and American based people as well. I am familiar with this business and have been involved it it for for 30 years and would like to expand it to the Phil's.

Is there anyone here who can shed in light on the requirements for having a service type business where the only product is paper work performed and sent back to US for use here.

I would appreciate any information you have that you can share; especially anything on who to contact to get the correct requirements and regulations on starting a business there where the work is done there then the paper work is sent back to the US to be processed.

Sally, if you are planning on getting married in a Catholic church here in the US, then perhaps your husband should start talking to a Catholic priest in his area. They are quiet strict here so he might want to start getting signed up and go through the required classes.

Hi! yeah i told him to find it out cos i really want to get married in catholic..he's not catholic, he was one a primitive baptist before but is very willing to get married in catholic also..and that i am so much more happier:)..i hope we could get married in catholic in church but with the time line,,,i think we couldn't so we were thinking of civil marriage then church if we will find out whats needs to be done..BTW, thank you for in input..god bless u!

Hi everyone! I would just like to know everyone from here who got married in catholic rites or with the priest and in garden wedding. Is it possible or is it true that hubby needs to be catholic for 6 months before we can get marry in catholic rites?

ME and my hubby got married in a catholic church ( in the Philippines) co'z i am a catholic . Since my hubby is a baptist we need to get a permit of mix marriage from the bishop in our diocese ( one of the requirements) and my hubby during the interview promised to the priest that he will not convert me and baptize our child(if we will haVE is in the future) in his church(baptist). Garden wedding with the priest in not allowed now.... all catholic wedding must be held inside the catholic church.
