    TB SKIN TEST?

    hello everyone!!! Is there anyone out here who have to undergo tb skin testing as required by the uscis now? according to them, it will take effect on this 1st day of august..what have you done with the civil surgeon cos i am collecting all the documents to file for my AOS...any clarification from here? thank you in advance!!! god bless us all!!

    Hi guys, I am now organizing my papers for filing the Adjustment of Status application. I understand I should make a cover LETTER and I've found some samples here in VJ, can anyone show me a sample of the overall cover PAGE though? Or is it just the same with the cover letter?

    Also, does the Birth certificate which needs to be submitted along with the other documents have to be an original one? or a photocopy will do?

    Hi! We are on the same situation right now about preparing all the docs to file for my AOS also, BUT i have a question i hope you could tell me..have you undergone that TB SKIN TEST as the NEW REQUIREMENTS NOW? OR WHAT did you do with your missing vaccinations?

    I have a marriage Certificate is that what i make a copy of and send for the AOS or do i need the certifed copy from the court house. I read in another post and it was said that the marriage certificate is not what AOS IS ASKING 4 but instead that they want the offical certified certificate from the public records that the court house on file. I would think that the marriage certificate is the same thing that the court house would give me. The marriage certificate i have has my wifes maiden name on it and does not have her new married name on it i don't beleave the certified copy would be any different.

    hi! according to what i've read, all documents should be photocopied, immigration dont accept original copies...am completing all my forms too now and im wondering if i have to undergo the new requirements for tb testing and i still need 1 vaccine to compete my vaccination:(...BTW, to be sure send both copies of the marriage certificate to be sure,just suggestion sis...

    Hello everyone here..i just read on the uscis site today about the new requirements for vaccination. I was surprised that additional vaccines are included now, but whats bad about is i am still looking for civil surgeon near where we live to complete my vaccination. i only need 1 vaccine to complete my vaccination record..my question is, IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO completed the vaccination record and had gone TB TESTING? any reply is highly appreciated..thank you ALL! ...couldn't get earlier appointment(MY APPOINTMENT DATE ON THE 18th of august):( SAD hate needle!!waaaaaa!!!

    Hi everyone! My biometric notice just came today and I have a biometric appointment on august 12. I have read in here one time that one of the personnel in USCIS when they have their biometric told them that they could have gone earlier than the appointment date. Can I have my biometrics done tomorrow? Or is too early? hehe thank you guys I'm just excited. Good luck to all of us! :dance:

    July 13, 2008--sent AOS & EAD paperworks thru fedex

    July 16,2008--USCIS @ chicago, IL received it @ 12 pm

    JUly 21,2008--Check cleared

    JUly 25,2008--NOA letter in the mail but NOA was dated July 21,2008

    July 28,2008--Biometric letter for biometric appointment for August 12, 2008

    Hi! yes i agree with you, have read that too about earlier biomet. than the appointment date. I hope its the same also here in alabama. Can i ask you about the completion of Vaccine wherein in the uscis new requirements, all applicants should undergone tb skin testing, have you undergone that? just curious cos im in there site now and reading about it...thank you and good luck! i hope i would have my biomet. early like you after just few days of filing,:)

    Hello!!! back again...can i ask what is the ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER do i need to put in the BIOGRAPHIC INFO FORM?? oh..im so clueless about it..:(

    Sally, you can find it sa NOA2 the number starts with A. above beneficiary 's name.

    hi sis..thank you very much for the immediate reply...appreciated so much..I have a question, my husband is goin to use his check for the payment, does he need to pay the application fee in one check or biomets should be paid separately?

    1 check for application fee and biometrics, which amounts to $1,010.

    Please to those who have filed their AOS and EAD, Did you file BOTH DOCS together at the same time in the same USCIS address? need your help....plz.......Am now completing my documents to be file and making it sure that everything is gonna be fine...

    AOS, EAD and AP in one envelope and same address too. Just use a cover letter for your files.

    Hello everyone my vj'ers:) it was really good to get back after almost 3 weeks now..been here in states now with my asawa to be, hehehe..

    I would like to ask those who have undergone filing for their AOS after the marriage, please can you help me with all the documents and papers that i need to prepare? Any opinion that you will share is highly appreciated..thank you so very much guys for taking time to read my post and be able to give me some input on my concern:)

    Oh! Does it need for my asawa to file also, or its just me alone? salamat!!!

    The feeling right now is overwhelming..Asawa will be coming on thursday to pick me up, then on saturday we'll be leaving..our POE is SAN FRANCISCO..to those who've been there as there POE, what do i need to prepare, im getting excited at the same worried cos i dunno what to expect when i get there..Any suggestion is highly appreciated..

    Document verification - What a Screwed Up Mess

    Im in PI now, went to US embassy interview Wednesday June 18. Interview process itself was fairly painless except when it came to the document verification.

    We payed Delbros on May 16, 2008, and on June 16 while i was in Manila I called Delbros and they verify that the documents were ready to be sent to US embassy, but the USEM has not yet sent any request to Delbros.

    I called USEM and spoke with Grace and she verified for some reason that the USEM had not yet sent request to Delbros. This is what it pisses me off. The interview had been scheduled for 6 or 7 weeks, I wish the USEM would pull their head out of their ### and request documents as soon as the interview is scheduled.

    Question: Why doesn't the USEM verify the documentation before scheduling an interview?

    Answer: Because it would be too easy!!

    USEM/ Delbros/ Document verification is a pain in the ###, and the system needs to be fixed.

    I spoke to US Consular and he said that the hold up of document verification is the CENOMAR, eventhough he held a copy of NSO CENOMAR in his hand, he told me it will take 3-6 weeks to get a document verification from Philippine Government stating that my fiance had never been married before.

    Hello...yes it was always like that. Me myself experienced delayed docs verification until my asawa kept on calling USEM to follow up,but it was all delbros fault..You will wait for 2 weeks if you're sure it has been sent already to NSO and if theres no problem with your verification...Lengthen ur patient, its not beyond our control..Keep praying it really help alot...Goodluck to both of you and God bless!! I just got my visa today after 1 month of waiting....So soon u will have yours...

    ds 156, printed back to back or on 3 separate sheets?

    hi..do you have any probems with printing the ds 156 on 3 separate sheets?

    i read on a thread that ds 156 printed on 3 separate sheets is UNacceptable..

    can you please share your knowledge with this one? thanks! :unsure:
