    Amazing! Last week I received an IL from the Consulate for end of June. As my case has expedited, I believe they scheduled. What were the dates/months available when you logged?

    As far as I know you loose your Permanent Residence status if you spent more than 1 year outside the US. I would suggest you check if before you move...

    Is this an expedite interview that was approved and you are trying to schedule? Please look at this thread... looks like Montreal send Interview Letters with Dates once a month so you should be included in the next batch... however if this is expedite request, maybe they will choose the date and send to you:

    Anyways, the good news is that you will get at anytime soon! There are lawyers specialized on this form…. This is not the end! Just a few more days for you to save some money and move to the US with better financial resources

    @DriftoHave they explained why you are in AP? If they are keeping your passport, it should be fast, however if you brought it back, it may take 1˜2 years, or even more... They used to say the reason for AP. Requesting for resume is not a usual ask... What's your field of work? Do you need license to work in US?

    Hi All, last year in June the US Consulate in Rio de Janeiro sent an Interview Letter for all EB1 candidates with DQ until Jun 2024, to be interviewed in Jul 2024. Since them nobody else with EB1 received IL. Currently everyone is waiting for another big "batch" of IL for EB1 with DQ until Jun 2025 to be interviews this year. Has anyone seen something similar with the Montreal Consulate of all IL used to run the same for EB1 and EB2?
